Item Setup — Costco
Procedure
Step 1 — Complete the Item Agreement Workbook
Fill out one Excel workbook per SKU. See "Workbook Structure" below for field-by-field guidance.
Step 2 — Email to Costco Buyer
Send the completed workbook to your Costco Buyer.
Step 3 — Fill Out Compliance BPM Intake Form
Submit the Costco Compliance BPM Intake Form:
Complete this form after sending the Item Agreement to the buyer.
Workbook Structure
Costco item setup is completed by filling out one Item Agreement Excel workbook per SKU. The workbook contains 8 tabs, but only 3 are required for submission:
